Presentation of your patient case at IDS 2025

How to Participate:

Upload your patient case documentation HERE or send it by email to 
excellenceaward@vita-zahnfabrik.com. The participation conditions can be found HERE.

Required participation documents include:

  1. Description of the clinical initial situation and associated difficulties/challenges.
  2. Methodology for determining tooth color.
  3. Creation of a layering plan for the restoration.
  4. Information on preparation – if available with image
  5. Images:
    •    Initial situation of the veneering (including framework, refractory stump, platinum foil)
    •    Wash (before/after firing)
    •    Dentin and enamel layering before/after firing
    •    Characterization finishing
  6. Finished restoration extraorally and intraorally

Submission deadline is November 15, 2024 

The Jury

Dhe evaluation is carried out by a representative team of experts in the field of veneering. The jury follows a predefined evaluation system assessing aesthetics, function, difficulty of the patient case, and the execution of the work.
