Usage rights for Denture Tooth Library

When the license agreement is executed, we will inform your software partner (3Shape, exocad) regarding the license granted to you. They will then activate the VITA VIONIC DIGITAL VIGO denture tooth database for you for the intended indication. By executing the license agreement, you accept the following terms of use: 

• Use of the VITA VIONIC DIGITAL VIGO denture tooth database or parts thereof is permitted solely for the indication specified in the article description.
• Duplication, distribution or public reproduction of the VITA VIONIC DIGITAL VIGO denture tooth database or parts thereof is not permitted. 
• VITA shall not be liable for medical errors that occur in connection with the use of the VITA VIONIC DIGITAL VIGO denture tooth database. The attending physician bears sole responsibility for the treatment of the patient.
• VITA shall not be liable for any errors by the CAD software (3Shape, exocad) when processing data from the VITA VIONIC DIGITAL VIGO denture tooth database or software updates in the CAD software (3Shape, exocad) that result in the inability to use the VITA denture tooth database.
• Use of the VITA VIONIC DIGITAL VIGO denture tooth database is only permitted as stipulated by the respective end user license agreement for use of the CAD software (3Shape, exocad). The exocad and 3Shape end user license agreements are available at
  EULA (3shape.com) and exocad_GmbH.
• This license is valid from the date of activation of the VITA VIONIC DIGITAL VIGO denture tooth database by your software partner.
